In the 1986 remake of THE FLY by David Cronenberg the baboon sequence was cut from the theatrical release.
Cronenberg found it too graphic or too sadistic for release.
In this edit, the baboon sequence is restored.
So this is an "extended version"
The Fly is one of my favorites, a masterpiece in horror with outstanding music by Howard Shore.
Some sound effects are used and I changed the music here and there.
