The opening starts in this edit with INFERNO, (segment) the girl is reading the book "THE THREE MOTHERS"
In this book, the first two stories are written down as what you see in Suspiria and Mother of Tears.
In Suspiria, I replaced some music, and some music editing with alternative versions of Goblin, and also the music of Thom Yorke is used. (remake Suspiria soundtrack)
The first two edits are trimmed to almost one hour, Suspiria is done with a lot of sound effects, some scenes in a different order.
I removed in all three versions a lot of unlogical crap, especially in Mother of Tears.
Inferno is the last story we see in this trilogy, after reading the book the girl realizes that she lives in the house of one of the mothers.
Inferno runs about 50 minutes in this edit, no bullshit about keys being found and that the woman sends a letter to her brother.
In my version, she calls him and later he visits New York, where he has to deal with the disappearance of his sister.
Some scenes are re-scored with the music of Suspiria and Tenebrae where it was possible.
All three versions are done in a 2.40 ratio.

One of my favorite TV shows.
Season 1 is my all-time favorite, the book by Stephen King is outstanding.
I did Season 1 as a work print back then from TV footage, but this remake from Blu-ray is going to be much shorter than what I did with the work print.
This is ONE movie with a definitive ending, and all the happenings not important to the actual story are cut.
Season 1 was for me the best, so because of the Blu-ray source now this remake.

This edit is actually a two-in-one edition,but the opening is from Diary of the Dead to create one movie/edit with Dawn and Day of the Dead.
In Diary the zombie virus begins and in Dawn and Day, the story goes further until the moment that the whole world population is overruled with zombies.
I love the European version of Dawn of the Dead because of the Argento/Goblin soundtrack.
The edit is a tribute to George A.Romero.

In this version, the brother of Kersey is completely cut.
The assault on the family of Kersey is in this edit a random attack.
So there are some changes in the storyline.

THE LAMENT BOX
RUNNING TIME: 119 minutes.
This is a complete re-edition of the earlier edit THE BOX.
I made the edit from a Blu-ray source, but there was in the first one of Hellraiser a grainy quality and the second one of Hellbound was damaged.
After a mail from Zagadka, in which he sent me some ideas and also the suggestion to re-cut the project from a better Blu-ray source, I decided to do this to make a better edit in quality.
There are some slight changes here and there but overall we have the same edit in much better quality, and this edit will replace the earlier one.
The remake is taken from brand new Blu-ray's of German source (of course with the English language) and the quality is outstanding.

About 70% is overdubbed and re-scored with the music of John Carpenter.

A TWO-IN-ONE EDITION of Rob Zombies 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.
The opening starts with The Devil's Rejects and then it goes back 8 month's earlier to 1000 Corpses.
I used a lot of transitions and sound effects in this edit and it is also more twisted and graphic.

This sequel to the Devil's rejects was not really necessary.
But, what the hell, I saw a lot of stuff to make a sequel to my first edit THE FIREFLY CLAN.

The last film of Sid Haig, he passed away shortly after the release and for that reason the edit is dedicated to him.

SURVIVAL

The film "Night of the Hunted" has been edited down to 53 minutes.
In the movie, a sniper terrorizes a woman near a gas station.
Although the movie was great, there was too much unnecessary dialogue between the sniper and his female victim, which was done using a walkie-talkie.
I was reminded of an earlier movie I edited, "Sniper" (Downrange) in which a sniper randomly shoots people for fun,
and I wanted the same concept in this movie.
Additionally, there was a distracting CD playing in the background of the gas station which was very annoying, so I replaced that music.
The rest of the edit is re-scored using music by Charlie Clouser and Fesliyan studios.
SNUFF
Original Title: 8MM
RUNNING TIME: 90 Minutes.
I am not unfamiliar with the porn world, I worked as an editor and camera operator in that business in the 90s.
The management there were tough business people and I saw a lot that was unacceptable, well, not for my eyes but more in a moral way, but I've
never come across a snuff movie or what passes for one.
In this story, the porn dealers are completely crazy, it's a group responsible for making a snuff movie.
Tom Welles, (Cage) gets the assignment to go after them.
Porn footage of the original is in most scenes removed and replaced with graphic stuff, which could upset the stomachs of people who see the edit.
Stay away if you can't handle it, you have been warned.
Alternative music, re-scored for 95% by several composers.
This edit contains scenes of brutality and acts of human depravity.
Footage of bestiality is also used in this edition.
SNAKE
Original Title: ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK

A remake of an edit I made in 2015 or 16.
This was one of a double feature, but at the time I wasn't thrilled with it.
This remake is technically as it must be, with re-scores by Carpenter from several films also made by him.
Season Hubley is completely cut out of the edit.
Music replacement is also done in the cab of Cabbie.
In this version, he is a Sinatra fan.
SILENT REVENGE
RUNNING TIME: 58 minutes.
The earlier John Woo films are great.
Especially those he made in his own country, such as Bullet in the Head, and Hard Boiled.
Then he went to Hollywood and after the masterpiece Face-Off, the violence in the films became a lot less.
This Silent Night is also made by him, and apart from the fact that there is no dialogue in this film, which I did like, the build-up is very slow.
Cut like a rollercoaster, with many re-scores.
SLAUGHTERED
ORIGINAL TITLE: LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (2009)

A remake of the 1972 movie.
Technically, the original of 1972 was a piece of shit, I never liked it because it was too weak, but the remake was much better.
Nevertheless, I made from the original a 53-minute cut on this website, I do the same thing with this one: streamlined and re-scored with other music.
In this edit the melodramatic stuff is removed, some music replacement is done with the same soundtrack, and some overdubs of John Carpenter and Pino Donaggio.
Sound in DTS-HD converted to 7.1.
SHAPESHIFTER
RUNNING TIME: 158 minutes.
A two-in-one edition, back to back.
I liked the edit of Wraith, who made the edit years ago but I think it's time to do this edit in top quality with some re-scores as well.
This is NOT an imitation of the Wraith edit it will be a completely different cut in DTS converted to 7.1
Additional music is used by Carpenter and Alan Howarth and I do some mix of the Ennio Morricone music that is used in Carpenter's movie.

This is a two-in-one edition of I Spit On Your Grave (2010) and Vengeance is Mine.
I used some music segments of Marco Beltrami in this edit and there are some changes in the storyline.
In the original, the woman knows her attackers when she first met them at a gas station but in this cut the first confrontation is in the cabin.
So it's more at the wrong place at the wrong time for this chick.
Flashbacks, stills, and sound effects are used in this edit.

This is my version, in this edit, the neighbor of Arthur (Zazie Beetz) is completely cut.
The loneliness in this film is heavy, so even in his imagination (like in the original) the contact with female neighbor Beetz is not in this edit.

This cut will be an alternative edition of the earlier edit Showtime.
A modified streamlined cut with approx. 30 minutes used of the first Terrifier.
These 30 minutes are only focused on the two women and some of the other characters are removed.
The second will be butchered to a decent running time without the dragging irritating bullshit because it was for me way too long.
Re-scores by Carpenter and some others, but also the original music will be used in this edition.

I saw this movie back in time at the imagine film festival in 2012.
A great remake of the 1980 original Maniac.
Years later when I saw it on Blu-ray I had several ideas in my head to make a fan edit of this masterpiece.
The idea in this cut is that you don't see the face of the killer because almost everything is filmed thru the killer's eyes.

I love the "I Spit on your grave" movies.
Rape-Revenge movies with extreme violence.
If there is a good story in these movies I have no problem with that.
However, the remake of 2010 and the 2015 follow-up VENGEANCE IS MINE (with actress Sarah Butler) are my favorites.
I made a two-in-one edition of both, called SODOMY. (Also released on the blog)
This one was made in between (2013) with another actress and also a great rape/revenge movie.

I put enough info about it on Reddit, but one more time:
This edit is purely focused on the possession of Regan and all the background of Karras is gone.
Karras is a Priest who gets involved in the possession of Regan and that's it.
So his problems and his deceased Mother are NOT in this cut.
There is no killing of Burke Dennings, although I hate that character
it's also completely removed in the edit, but it would have been great to see the killing in the original but it was never filmed.
Anyway, Dennings doesn't exist in the edit.
A lot of composers with additional music and sound in DTS.7.1
Quality of the Blu-ray is outstanding.
ROBOT SANTA
Original Title: CHRISTMAS, BLOODY CHRISTMAS.
RUNNING TIME: 59 Minutes.
The movie about a Terminator Santa was fun to watch but 30 minutes are wasted in the original on useless dialogue.
I cut this as a full-action rollercoaster with 70% re-scores in the edit.
Background music is changed and I used the music among others from
Brad Fiedel (Terminator) Jimi Hendrix, Nick Mason, and Tomandandy.

RAPED AND BUTCHERED
Original Title: LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (1972)
RUNNING TIME: 53 minutes.
The first movie by Wes Craven.
I am a fan of Craven, I love a lot of his movies but this one is 70% garbage.
And the garbage is mostly in the original running time.
Technically weak as hell, bad acting, and some scenes are so stupid and bad it's laughable.
Especially the two idiots dressed like cops and acting like Laurel and Hardy is trimmed in this edit.
The violent scenes are (for that time) pretty sick, and most of the original movie is done with lousy music.
This streamlined edit has some re-scores here and there but the remake of 2009 was so much better.
REVENGE
RUNNING TIME: 64 minutes.
One of my French horror favorites.
Cut to 64 minutes with additional music by Rob Coudert, Tomandandy, and Thom Yorke.
Great special effects, very violent and sadistic, so enough stuff to make a Maniac rollercoaster of this.
The use of the shotgun is overdubbed, and there are embedded (red) subtitles in this edit.
ROOM 237
RUNNING TIME: 92 minutes.
The Shining will always be one of my favorites.
But there were also some disappointments when I saw it back years ago on DVD.
The ratio was in the beginning on DVD in 4.3 and there were also some movie mistakes.
Visually The Shining is excellent done, great camera work but that 4.3 ratio was awful.
If Kubrick filmed this in a 2.35.1 ratio or 2.40 without the mistakes it would have been perfect.
In this cut the mistakes are gone, where it was possible, it's in a 2.40 ratio.
The story is a little different in this edit, it's more focused on room 237 and Halloran is just a cook in this edit nothing more.
He has a small part in this and Tony the imaginary boy of Danny is not in this edit.
The American version was way too long, and I put the whole story in this edit in 92 minutes.

Edition of Doctor Sleep.
All the scenes of the Boy, the Mother, and Jack Torrance, played by other actors in the movie will be replaced by the original cast of THE SHINING.
The movie was fine by me when I watched it but the new actors who played Jack, Wendy, and Danny did not work for me.
All these scenes are a disaster.
Also, the (new) Halloran is completely cut out in this sequel.

This is not for everyone, I made it more graphic with (short) pornographic scenes in the rectum, and the rape/beaten scene is done with music re-scores and sound effects.
This edit is done in chronological order, because I hated that reverse shit in the original.
The opening scene is done with the music of Funkadelic (Maggot Brain) and I used the music of Cliff Martinez, Jay Chattaway, Thom Yorke, and Disasterpeace.
It's pretty fucked up, and again it's only for the lovers.
The director had the intention to release also an original cut this year in August 2020 in chronological order but somehow it stays under construction.
The edit has embedded subtitles.
PERSONAL JUSTICE
RUNNING TIME: 68 minutes.
In this remake of an edit I did in 2017, you see only the story as it was written in the book.
Everything else is cut, and some scenes will be used from other movies.
This remake is slightly based on an earlier edit called Nocturnal Visions in which the editor used scenes from "Visions" and "Enemy"
Both stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Isla Fisher are in it and it worked really good in some scenes to combine it with Nocturnal Animals but as a whole, it was a little too much of everything.
However, the idea beyond it was really good, so I made my own version of it.

PREDATOR
Original Title: PREY (2022)
RUNNING TIME: 65 minutes.
My first Predator edit.
I like all the Predator movies and this one is beautiful shot.
Visually outstanding and Amber Midthunder is great as the Indian girl.
Like usual this one is trimmed in dialogue and some scenes of the Indian tribe are gone to create a more to the action cut between the girl and the predator.
