The rape and the killing of the housekeeper and also the nude scenes rape and killing of Kersey's daughter are from an uncut Blu-ray source.
Kersey's daughter who falls to her death is also a little more graphic.
Also the rapes are done with flashbacks to make it all more violent with the music of Jay Chattaway.
Music overdub of Jay Chattaway (Maniac 1980 score) and of course Herbie Hancock and Jimmy Page.

DEADLY ROAD

My version of The Hitcher.
One of my favorite actors and compatriot Rutger Hauer died this year.
Two on the top of my favorite movies with Hauer are Blade Runner and this one.
My version of The Hitcher is dedicated to him, it was a shock when I heard about his passing.
I used in this version music overdubs and re-scores of Hans Zimmer. (Blade Runner 2049)

DADDY'S LITTLE WHORE

Original Title: MURDER-SET-PIECES

RUNNING TIME: 60 minutes.

This is the well-known controversial film of Nick Palumbo.
This edit is done from the totally uncut Dutch DVD edition of Murder - Set - Pieces.
The DVD has a real video quality but there isn't anything better than that.
Cut to 60 minutes, this edit is showing mostly the killer and his victims and some private life.
I cut out Tony Todd and Gunnar Hansen not really necessary for this edit.
Music overdubs and re-scores of (Jimi) Hendrix, only thing is the songs I used are edit to instrumental versions.  (Voodoo Child and Machine Gun)
Special appearance by Adolf Hitler who is the Grandfather of the killer.

Crazy and disturbed, and that is also the case in this edit.
Although the story in the original is a real fantasy, I think I made the storyline in this cut more believable.

This is a remake of my earlier edit ETERNAL MEMORY.
This version is in black and white, in a 2.40 ratio with DTS HD surround sound in 7.1
The story stays the same, NO search for a Private Ryan, you see the Normandy landings and from there Miller and his combat group are on patrol, to destroy or capture German soldiers. 
Everthing is this new edition about Ryan is cut, it is just a soldier in the edit, nothing more. 
This cut is also 6 minutes shorter than Eternal Memory.

I had fun with the 2022 version, but I don't take this seriously as a sequel.

There will be inserts of TEXAS CHAINSAW 2013 used as a crossover between the 74' original to the 2022 version.

The opening in which the killer is introduced is cut to make the killer more mysterious.

In this version, the opening is from ROBOCOP 2 and then it goes back one year earlier when Murphy was still a "human" cop.

This is a remake of the earlier 2018 release of The Cave.

The remake is now in DTS surround, with subtitles and completely different in editing.

The first edit was back to back, this new edit goes back and forth.

The second chapter is the main movie in this, and it goes back to the original.

I gave it also a new title, and it's in his original 2:35.1 widescreen.

The first edit stays online, and this cut is somehow an alternative edition.

CALIGULA - THE MANIAC CUT

Original Title: CALIGULA

RUNNING TIME: 108 minutes.

This is a re-edition of an edit I did in 2018.
In 2018, I started this project from the source of a Dutch BLU-RAY.
But the quality, like also the Dutch DVD was not on a high level.
So for me a disappointment, but I continued the project anyway because there was no better source available.
The source I used is from the (import) Imperial Edition with a better quality than the Dutch version.
Some scenes are re-scored to improve the sound and the edit is now in a 2.40 ratio.
The pornographic lesbian scenes are re-scored and again I used versions of Cavalleria Rusticana.
The orgy is uncut in this edit, with some overdubs.

BEAU - A MAN'S JOURNEY THROUGH A MISERABLE LIFE

Original Title: BEAU IS AFRAID

RUNNING TIME: 110 Minutes.

This is a one-hour and 50-minute edition of Beau is Afraid.

Beau lives in his apartment,  surrounded by crazy people, characters that you see for example in the world of David Lynch.

He is going to visit his Mother, but that is not going to be exactly smooth.

What we have then is all kinds of weird stuff happening to him, mostly comic but also tragic.

I liked the original that runs for almost 3 hours, but the biggest cuts were done in the woods when Beau watches a play.

Some scenes are way too long.

Don't expect a very old Beau as a farmer who lives with a family and sons, that is completely cut.

There is a lot of stuff changed in the edit, TV replacement, re-scores, and overdubs are used in the music.

Flashbacks of his youth are edited in a different order.

So overall there are some changes in the storyline and the so-called trail ending is completely removed.

Some shit music is removed, especially in one sex scene.

Two-in-one edition of Hostel (2005 -2007) 

It is re-scored with the music of my usual composers.

Both movies are pretty streamlined, very violent, and sadistic.

So this is not for everyone.

BLUE STEEL 44

A streamlined version of BLUE STEEL.

Curtis is great in this movie, but Silver is outstanding in his performance.

A lot of the private life of Curtis is cut, the parents of Curtis are gone, the police training is gone, everything that's not important for this edit.

This edit is more between the final battle between Curtis and Silver.

The 44 Magnum is one of my favorite guns and the gunshots of the 44 in the movie are overdubbed with a real 44.

BOOK OF THE DEAD: THE POSSESSION

I used the American Blu-ray version to create this edit.
It's in his original 4.3 ratio, although I hate that ratio it's still the best quality available.
A saw a lot of the so-called 1.85.1 versions but the quality is not on the level of this one.
I used sound effects and music of the remake of Evil Dead. (2013)
A rollercoaster in 59 minutes.

BOOK OF THE DEAD: THE DEMON

Original Title: EVIL DEAD (2013)

RUNNING TIME: 70 minutes.

This is a remake of the horror film, THE EVIL DEAD. 

I first saw this movie at the Imagine Film Festival in Amsterdam in 2013 and I thought it was great. 

The colors and widescreen ratio were impressive. 

In this cut, the girl who was burned alive in the beginning is now shown as a flashback. 

I used the extended version for this, which includes all the scenes that were cut in the theatrical version.

BORN TO KILL

Original Title: FULL METAL JACKET

RUNNING TIME: 86 minutes.

Full Metal is a great war movie, but I didn't like some (additional) music tracks, and there was too much dialogue in the original.

There are no skinny ugly hookers you can fuck for 5 dollars in this cut, the edit is more focused on the training and the battle in Vietnam, and I made it more depressing. 

Some shit music is gone, the voice-overdub of Matthew Modine is gone, and there was a big mistake in the original when Hartman walks around and jells to his soldiers.

Joker (Modine) stands in one scene in the middle of the row, and in the next same shot when Modine says his John Wayne line he suddenly stands on the left.

It always bothered me in that scene, so by cutting some lines I solved it.

I have removed the comic scenes featuring Richard Wilson and focused more on the abduction of Xavier Samuel and the sadistic character LOLA, portrayed excellently by Robin McLeavy.

BLADE RUNNER: THE CONFRONTATION

Original Title: BLADE RUNNER  -  BLADE RUNNER 2049

RUNNING TIME: 172 minutes.

This is a two-in-one edition of Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049, featuring a mix of both movie soundtracks. 

When I watched 2049 in the theatre, I was disappointed. 

However, when I saw it on Blu-ray, it worked better for me. 

Even so, it was too long, so I've edited it down to 97 minutes in this version, with a total running time of 172 minutes.

BLOODY WEEKEND

Original Title: EDEN LAKE 

RUNNING TIME: 66 Minutes.

The initial plan was to release it as part of a double feature, but the decision was made to release the edited version separately. The new version is approximately one hour long and includes more blood and violence, as well as some re-scores by David Julyan. The trip to the forest has been trimmed down, and the first confrontation between the man and the gang has been removed. For this couple, the trouble begins when the gang steals their car for joyriding. The scene of the man breaking into a family's home has been removed, as it was deemed unbelievable, and some scenes have been completely re-scored.

RUNNING TIME: 123 minutes.

This is a two-in-one movie edit of the original NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (1984) and NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (DREAM WARRIORS)  

The story of Nightmare 1 is edited as a flashback in Nightmare 3, which features Nancy as the main character in her second appearance. 

The film also includes added scenes from Nightmare 6, depicting Krueger's life when he was still human. 

Some of the music has been rescored and overdubbed by Christopher Young and Charles Bernstein. 

The sound is in DTS 7.1

AN ELM STREET STORY

Original Title: NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (2010)

RUNNING TIME: 79 minutes.

I had previously completed a workprint of this film, but some parts of the storyline could have been improved. 

The original script was written by Zagadka, and as usual, it was wonderfully done. 

However, there are still some things that need to be straightened out in terms of characters. 

I have rewritten the script here and there, and put some scenes in a different order. 

For the record, Zagadka wrote about 85% of the script.

The film's score has been replaced with the music of Tyler Bates, along with music from other Elm Street films. 

One of the reasons for doing this film was to capture more of the atmosphere of the 1984 original. 

I am not a big fan of this 2010 remake, especially because of the actor who plays Krueger. 

I personally think Robert Englund would have been better, but it is what it is.

Zagadka: The fan-edit intends to turn Samuel Bayer/Michael Bay’s A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) 

rather uninspiring remake into a more unnerving horror experience and more in the vibe of the original franchise.

ANNIE: THE RAVENING ANGEL

I highly recommend watching Season 2 of Castle Rock. 

The standout performance comes from Lizzy Caplan, who portrays a young Annie Wilkes in an absolutely astonishing way. 

I was a big fan of this character when I first saw her in Misery, played by Kathy Bates. 

The TV series edit is entirely focused on her character, with everything else cut. The show is presented in a 2.40 ratio with DTS HD 7.1 sound.

I always hated the original cut of MS 45.
There are some scenes in it so stupid that you can't even imagine that people do that in real life.

An edit that goes back and forth between "The Amityville Horror" and its prequel, "Amityville 2: The Possession". 

I only included the most important scenes from "Amityville 2", such as the family moving in, the introduction of the boy, 

his incestuous relationship with his sister, the tyrannical father, some haunting scenes, and the murders. 

The scenes from "Amityville 2" are inserted as flashbacks in the story of "The Amityville Horror". 

The edit features music by Lalo Schifrin and some rescores by Steve Jablonsky.
