Cujo has always been one of my favorite Stephen King stories.
The book was fantastic.
The film adaptation was released in 1983 and was also excellent.
Only the happy "Hollywood" ending wasn't quite what I wanted.
The book was more graphic in that respect, because the boy dies in the original story.
I made the first edit in 2016 as "Rabid."
It was included in a double feature.
A few years later, I released a technically refined version titled Cujo: Monster in the Closet.
This 1080p version was also taken offline due to an upgrade to 4K.
I redid the entire edit from a 4K copy, and the sound in DTS. 5.1 surround.
Furthermore, the edit is presented in a 2.40 widescreen version.
The last time I worked on this, although there will also be a 2025 remake of the King story, it remains to be seen whether it will be on the level of the original.
