One of my favorite Vietnam War movies is *Apocalypse Now*.
In 2021, I created a 1080p edit titled *KURTZ*.
The opening features Jimi Hendrix's "Machine Gun" alongside re-scores by Abigail Mead from *Full Metal Jacket*.
I trimmed it significantly; while the original movie was a beautiful experience, it was too long.
My shortened version has a total runtime of 97 minutes.
In 2025, I completed a 4K edit using Topaz with the Artemis Enhancement feature, and the audio is now in DTS-HD sound.
The content remains consistent with the 1080p version, which has since been removed from the site.
